First time working with MJJM. Project related to roof/gutter refurbishment across a terrace of 11Nr. small industrial units. Tender was competitive, works completed on budget and works managed/progressed well through to completion.Multiple tenants and onsite car parking required MJJM to manage a high level of onsite contact/co-ordination with the tenants of individual units with regards to access for the installation/removal of safety netting and keeping cars clear or work areas etc. Their efforts were appreciated and contributed to limiting potential issues on site.Found James easy to work with, responsive and positive in resolving any issues that arise on site.Would be happy to consider using MJJM again on any future projects.
